The Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation, managed by the Department of Homeland Security, is the cornerstone of the federal government’s cybersecurity strategy. And at the heart of the program is the CDM Dashboard Ecosystem, which is designed to provide agencies with actionable intelligence on cyberthreats—sifting through the massive amounts of data generated by countless sensors and systems to deliver true cyber situational awareness. That’s the goal. The challenge is making sense of all that data.

In this course, you will get insights into the workings of this critical piece of the CDM program. This three-part course will cover the structure of the overall CDM program, how the Dashboard Ecosystem fits into that structure, and how the dashboard enables you to leverage data not just to respond to threats in real-time but also to improve your agency’s overall cybersecurity posture.
